Resting on transit is not easily achieved. Due to constricted room, limited leg space and restricted sitting position, to sleep soundly is simply out of the question. Given you may be able to doze off, your slump body position may cause you stiff neck, head ache and an overall tired and groggy appearance. You have to do with what you can, so you either sleep on the window, or on your neighbor’s shoulder or even roll up a towel or jacket to protect your neck. ATTACH TO CAR HEADREST: Loop unknotted end of cord over headrest then tighten. Once settled on the seat, you may snap bottom flap around seat belt.

As soon as you attached the pillow and have secured it tightly, you may snuggle against it and place one or both hands between the pillow to stabilize and give your arms a resting place. If you like to hug a pillow in your sleep, you will find this pillow to be extremely comfortable.

You may blow about 3-4 puffs into the bottom valve near the snap-on tail to inflate the pillow. To adjust, it is recommended you inflate it full then snuggle against it and then let air out as necessary. You may think the pillow is inconvenient to carry. Rest assured that it easily deflates in second and rolls up small. It won’t take as much space as U-pillows do! You may even snap it to your roller bag for easy access. Thankfully I found this little gem. A pillow that supports the side of my head and body allowing me to sleep upright, without my head cranking back. You have to experience it to appreciate it. My Travelrest never leaves the handle of my backpack unless it's inflated and against my head! Best investment I've made in ages. Simply put, I don't leave on a flight without it.
