This pillow comes over stuffed which is a good thing, because after a bit of use/natural polishing, it works out to be just right! It is a very heavy pillow and would recommend a smaller size for those who can't lift heavy objects. I am very happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. We have used buckwheat pillows for many, many years but this one is the best!
