This pillow fits the bill for cpap users. The design is great and does the job even though memory foam is not used here. I do sleep better with this pillow than my regular contour pillow and I no longer have a problem with neck pain. That said, the profit margin on this unit must be as sweet as a Wall Street bonus.

I bought this pillow because I have had such trouble sleeping since I got my machine with air leaks and such. I have only had it about a week and have sleep better than before. The only thing for me is I am use to a king size pillow and it has not been easy getting use to a much smaller pillow, but it's better than waking up often with air leaks and in the mornings with a stiff neck form the hose and mask not fitting well. I also purchased I think it was from another site a hose hanger that has helped so much with fighting with the hose and the pulling have only had that one night. The first night I slept with all of this was the best night in a very very very long time. I think I sleep a total of 9 hours on my machine and woke with no headache or neck stiffness and felt very revived.
