Wow - this is one of the best purchases made EVER! After my husband and I stayed at a friend's house and slept on these, we ordered some immediately after arriving back home. Did some research first, and saw others that were cheaper, but their reviews were not good. Since we have been sleeping on them, get better sleep, and don't wake up with back pain or pinched nerves (like you slept "wrong"?). It totally supports your neck for back sleeping, as well as side sleeping. I went out of town for a few nights and considered taking my pillow. I didn't, and wished I had. From now on, this pillow goes with me (ok, I won't take it on an airplane, but on car trips? YES!)

I have been sleeping on this pillow for 5+ years and it's still in prime condition. This contour is the perfect shape and height for sleeping on my back. I have tried several other types and they just don't compare. The velour covering is an added bonus. I haven't found many that come with a covering.
