I bought this pillow at the end of my first trimester and I'm now beginning my third trimester, I have to say I would not be sleeping as well if not for this pillow. As others have said it's quite big and we own a king size bed but it only covers my side. Husband even leans against it for comfort. I like sleeping on my back so this helped me get used to the side sleeping. As for using it to sit up, I took this on a 16 hour road trip with 4 other people and while nothing can keep you from back pain being stuck in a car that long I lasted longer having this with me. Worth every penny, just get it!!!!

I love this pillow. I bought this pillow very early on in my pregnancy (1st trimester) because I was having a very difficult time sleeping due to indigestion and nausea. This pillow is huge! But it does the trick. I would prop my upper body on this pillow to decrease the indigestion and nausea and I would sleep/nap propped up. It has also helped tremendously in preventing hip pain and back pain. I have been sleeping in it since I received it. It's like sleeping in your own little cocoon. It supports my hips, my back, and now that i'm in my third trimester it is also supporting my belly when I lay on my side. It is awesome and I highly recommend it! Just keep in mind that it is very big and will take up a large amount of bed space. My sweetie is confined to the very edge of our bed ever since I've had this pillow. But he's been a good sport about it and I've actually caught him taking naps in my cocoon pillow every now and then!!

Bought it for my daughter in-law who is pregnant. She loves it,helps with her back and indigestion. It does take up alot of room on the bed but that can't be helped.
