How do I know if I need new pillows?   A good pillow is essential to a good nights rest.  Under normal daily use, you should change your pillows every two years.  If you are unsure if you need new pillows, try this simple test:  fold your pillow in half and when you let go it should sprint back flat within five seconds.  See a demo at youtube/pillowtest.com.  You may also need a new pillow if you constantly re-fluff your pillow during the night, or if your pillow causes you neck discomfort.  For Down Pillows, here's a test you might try.  Fluff your pillow well.  Then fold it in half. Microfiber - made of spun polyester, microfiber is fantastic at moisture management.  It also retains it's loft over a long period of time.
